We accept most VSP, EyeMed, Blue View Vision, Aetna Vision, and some Cigna Vision plans

Dr. Christine Ngo OD

Managing Optometrist + Founder

 

Dr. Ngo earned a BS in Biological Sciences at UC Davis and a Doctor of Optometry at UC Berkeley School of Optometry. Prior to opening Iconic Eyes in 2013, she worked in private, medical, and commercial practices in the San Jose and Santa Cruz area.

  • Training: ocular disease and low vision externships at Palo Alto VA, San Jose VA, Miami VA hospitals, and Alameda County Medical Center

  • Clinical interests: dry eyes, contact lenses, and LASIK co-management

Dr. James Yao OD

Optometrist 

 

Dr. James Yao was born in Taiwan and grew up in San Francisco. He is a proud Cal alumni, completing his bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology and Optometry degree at UC Berkeley.​

​

Dr. Yao enjoys educating patients about their eyes and fitting contact lenses. 

​

Outside the office, Dr. Yao loves following the Golden State Warriors and spending time with his wife and two sons.
